Gourish Kaikini is No More I mourn the death of Dr. Gourish Kaikini, a great scholar of Kannada and Sanskrit, writer and critic in the town of Gokarn today. (via a private email from Dr. B.A. Sanadi). Gourishmam, as he was known to us was a friend of my grandfather and was very fond of my father and mother. His death is a personal loss to us at Kamats as it is a loss to Kannada literature. (Comments Disabled for Now. Sorry!)
