Hometown Idol

Hometown Idol Ruben Studdard, the "American Idol" is from Birmingham, where I live. I've never seen the show, but I do know the buzz that's going around. The clothes he wears (with 205 which is the area code for Birmingham) to the music he makes has sparked quite a few industries. I think Ruben will be good for Alabama. Goody! Another man from the city where I was born is in news today as well. This gentleman is atleast 125 years old! (Comments Disabled for Now. Sorry!)
