Dijkstra is No More

Prof. Dijkstra is No More I mourn the death of Prof. Dijkstra, one of the pioneers of computer science, and a guru of my gurus. (First seen on Scripting.com) I never met him (he was at U.Texas @ Austin), but have heard fascinating stories about him. To my wife, who is an algorithmist (one who designs algorithms), he was a demigod. "Your algorithms were hard, professor, but we thank you for them."
