Abstract:Buddhist antiquities which were located at Dharmapolal(Dambal)had sculptures of Buddha and Tarabhagavati. The author feels it to be a Tarabhagavati Vihara.The record dated 1095 from Dambal confirms that this vihara was built by 16 settis when Lakshmidevi, senior queen of Vikramaditya VI was administering the region.
