BBC: Questions and Answers on Kashmir CamWorld: What is a Content Management System? I have a new idea. To implement a Rule Based Content Classification System. We have all the ingrediants -- Narad can crawl, CrowBot can classify, and the rules can be written in PHP or VBScript. I could follow the Library of Congress Classification or the Open Directory Project Classification. All I have to do is expose CrowBot's guts to the humans where the rules can be defined. Update Jan. 20, 2003 This category engine has been implemented and Kamat's Potpourri makes use od this idea. (Comments Disabled for Now. Sorry!)
