Time: My Own Private India I want to ask the editors of TIME how this article made to their website/issue. It is poorly written, doesn't provide any insights and is insensitive. Just look at the sentence construction:
[Edison] has become home to one of the biggest Indian communities in the U.S., as familiar to people in India as how to instruct stupid Americans to reboot their Internet routers.
What does it mean? Another gem:
LBJ apparently had some weird relationship with Asians in which he liked both inviting them over and going over to Asia to kill them.
Stupid journalist exhibits his deep knowledge of Asia. Dude, nobody in India or Pakistan thinks they are Asian. "Asian" has become synonym for people of Mongoloid race. That's like calling Iranians as "Arab" (which would be incorrect).
