Good Morning Sports Fans! Hopefully this NFL Sunday will bring reversal of fortunes to my hapless Dancing Cobras fantasy team. Vernon Can Read! Remember Vernon Jordan? He was the powerful DC lawyer and presidential friend figured prominently in the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Turns out that he has a great story to tell. I read the excerpts of his autobiography (Linkrot detected) and listened to his interview on NPR, and it is indeed an inspiring, American story.
